iPhone Xs

The iPhone Xs is similar to the previous year’s iPhone X, with a 5.8-inch OLED display, the notch at the top, and the edge-to-edge screen. However, there have been significant changes with the Xs (pronounced ten ess) that make it worth a look. The Xs is made with a gold finish on the front and back, giving it more style than previous iPhone versions. The overall waterproofing and dustproofing have been improved, as well as the battery life; the iPhone Xs now gets up to 30 minutes more per charge. The iPhone Xs can also be submerged in water for up to 30 minutes, according to Apple. The new iPhone Xs starts at $999 for the 64GB model, and is available with more storage for a bit more money.

This model sports the same A12 Bionic chip as the other two more expensive models, and gets 90 minutes more battery life than the iPhone 8 plus. The 6.1-inch LCD display supports Apple’s True Tone technology, making colors sharp. There is a single camera instead of dual lenses on the Xr, but the camera is still the same 12-megapixel as the other iPhones, including the ability to make adjustments after the photo has been taken. The front-facing camera has the same system as the other two models, supporting Face ID. The new Xr comes in red, yellow, black, white, blue, and coral, and is available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage sizes. The iPhone Xr goes on sale October 19th and will ship a week later.
