Additionally, two summer sessions are required to catch up on all required courses. Classes are scheduled from Monday through Thursday starting at 6:00 pm. Electives are sometimes held on Saturdays. Graduation requires a minimum of 87 units.

The University of San Diego JD Part-Time Program is a high ranking four-year part-time program that is fully ABA accredited. Class hours are typical for a part-time schedule and come with the option to take summer courses to expedite your degree completion. First year classes general run till 8 or 9 at night.
